Nandana Sen

Nandana Sen is an Indian writer and child rights activist. She is UNICEF India’s National Celebrity for Child Protection and against Gender Based Violence, a Smile Ambassador for the global children’s NGO Operation Smile, and a Cause Ambassador for RAHI, India’s first organization raise the issue of child sexual abuse publically. Her children’s books are creative and playful, but they also address important issues like poverty, sustainable development, and gender equality.
